We have always gotten excellent service in a timely manner and the employees have always been considerate of our house and knowledgeable of our problems. Ben Franklin Plumbing Morganton is great! You know the price up front, they are on time and the work is fantastic. I use them for every plumbing job I need done. If there is a problem they will fix it and make sure it stays fixed! All of the team, Adam, Josh and Kai are awesome!
We had a few plumbing issues to address. I gave them a call, and they were here the next morning. Josh checked out everything, explained the options, gave me a price, and got to work - quick, efficient, pleasant, and professional. He kept me informed as he progressed, told me why (not just what) was happening with the plumbing, and even informed me about some preventative measures we could take in the future. We hired Ben Franklin plumbing today to install 5 faucets. They were able to come the sane day. Extremely knowledgeable & polite. Detailed the job to us so we knew exactly what to expect & what the price would be. They respectfully used shoe covers to protect our floors & left no trash behind. They may not be the "cheapest " plumbing outfit out there but neither is the job they do. Worth the money & reassurance that your job will be done properly.
