Don’t call them no mater how much you see the commercial on the tv, I did and paid $390 for repair of low water pressure on the hot side, guess what I still don’t have any pressure on the hot side and the guy didn’t even turn the switch back on the the hot water heater, Call Benjamin Franklin Pluming And Get Ready To Bend Over And Get Screwed!!!

This company really ass raped us. They over charged for their services and busted a pipe. When I called to see bout it being fixed they couldnt account for the extra money I had to pay plus said they don't service this area. Very unprofessional.
