I have had two major projects done this summer, and each one was completed in an excellent manner. I now feel like I have a plumbing service that I can trust. This is my second review for the company. As before, customer service was prompt and professional. The pricing was explained up front, the possible problem defined, the options explained clearly. During the process, Gilberto showed me what he was looking for, and what each observation meant for necessary repairs. The issue was explained in a very straightforward way, and explained well, so I felt I could make an informed decision regarding the repairs. I don't think you can ask for anything more. Thank you!

I called the company and they got me in the next day! Gilbert came to our home and was very nice and informative! I couldn't have asked for better service and pricing!! We will always call them if we have any more problems!!
Gilbert showed up on time, got right into the project, and did a wonderful job. His attention to detail and care towards the job he was doing is what I want in a plumber. I will be recommending Benjamin Franklin to all my friends. I talk to Gilbert about another project I want done here which will be around $1000 and I will personally ask for him by name to come and complete the project. I hope you keep him around.
They came to our home quickly and did a wonderful job. Their technician was personable and went out of his way to make us happy. We highly recommend this company and if the need ever arises again, we will have them fix it.
It isn't often a service call exceed expectations--but this did in every way. Gilberto called to find out if he could arrive earlier, did, and finished the job promptly. Throughout the process he explained what he was doing, why he was doing it and how much it would cost. He never pressured me to increase his sale. He did a WAY better job than the previous plumber, and unlike the previous plumber, did it the right way--no shortcuts. And, he cleaned up the mess.
