I have BJ for past work done and they were great. This I called to get an estimate for a future project and w/o realizing it was an A.I. assistant until the end when it kept stating they do not work on my type of house when in the past they had no problem with it.
Don't mistake them for a local shop, this is a well oiled machine. They are never late - never late to seize an opportunity to trick people into unnecessary repairs.
