I needed a dentist to repair a broken filling and I went to see Dr. Dyer based on good reviews here and elsewhere on the internet. I was glad I did. This is the first dentist I've been to that can be described as truly painless. He is very low-key and personable, and the procedure was done quickly and competently. Wonderful personality, gentle and caring towards his patients. I was looking for a good dentist for myself, spouse, and 3 children and lucked out on calling Dr. Dyer. Staff is also amazing. They got me in before I was even a new patient for an emergency procedure within 24 hours. He is very personal and talks about his own family, and tries to avoid any discomfort for his patients. I have already recommended and will continue Dr. Dyer.
This dentist was excellent, first class! Everything in the office is digital - they take the x-rays in your chair, then project them onto the TV while he sits there and analyzes your teeth, telling you exactly where you can make improvements. Dr. Dyer's office staff is the most professional group of individual I have dealt with in terms of their customer service, individual attention, friendliness, and courtesy. They treat you with respect and dignity. The office is very comfortable, from the waiting room to the dentist chair. They have state of the art equipment throughout. Dyer is okay; hygenist is great. Customer service with front desk is poor. They are uninformed on insurance coverages and charge you to get your money up front. Very unprofessional.
Dr Dyer seems nice. Hygenists are nice. Front office and management are not very knowledgeable on customer service or insurance. Customer service very poor.
I love the tv's you can watch while getting your teeth worked on and how you can watch the x-rays come up on the screen as they take them. They have always been on-time for me do a great job of making your visit efficient.
Very Professional. Service is fast and quality. I reccomend Dr. Dyer and his staff at every chance.
I had an abessed tooth and was in a lot of pain and dr. dyers staff told me I could not be seen for 6 day! I was put on a waiting list and not called I went to another dentist!!!
