Told of the 30 minute lead time to fill out forms. Kim, MA, professional and explained. Dr Delano on time explained the exam. He took time to review findings and upcoming surgery. Then checkout and scheduling surgery was smooth and efficient. All of the people encountered were pleasant, spoke clearly, explained procedure, and were prompt, never send rushed.
