Saw Dr Packard for shoulder pain. He saw me in under a week, get shoulder imaged and will follow up next week. Great bedside manner and really easy to chat with. Great doc. Couldn’t recommend higher.
Dr. Packard took the time to meet with me even when he had every reason to reschedule (there was a issue with my MRI/X-Ray's not being sent in on time.) I look forward to working with AFOC with what I hope will be my final surgery.
Very helpful experience with doctor who was most helpful explaining details and answering questions. Received cortisone injection for right shoulder and it was most beneficial to providing relief to pain. Second /follow-up on right shoulder and received another injection which is helping and to carry through till hip replacement surgery in April. Staff always helpful and explaining care and treatments!
The office personnel were welcoming, helpful, kind, and relaxed. This is not like another Alaska ortho clinic that felt like an assembly-line: I felt cared for here. Dr. Packard saw me for shoulder pain and we have a plan forward with potential options. My family and I will use this clinic for any and all future orthopedic needs. I am very happy we have this medical asset in our community.
