Dr. Packard took care of my family member with a level of care I would rate as beyond excellent. He did an exceptional job diagnosing her problem and got her in for surgery as soon as he was able. He navigated a challenging surgical issue with expertise, a comforting bedside manner and professionalism. His patients are lucky such an amazing doctor is available on Alaska.
Dr. Packard has a great bedside manner and understanding of his audience. My daughter is a senior in highschool and an XC runner and basketball player. Having and taking the time to work through the injury, how she can still make regionals and nationals and his detail with what is creating the pain so she can understand was awesome.
I came in through the emergency room with a broken leg, after that I had surgery done on my leg i found that doctor packard was a very caring man who is concerned about his patient. With all his loving care, my surgery went good and my recovery was great.I would use it again if I had to.
After a year of awful, worsening pain and being shuffled around between doctors and physical therapists, I found myself seeing Dr. Packard. And for the first time I finally felt like someone cared that I was in immense pain. For the first time I felt like someone actually listened to me. After MULTIPLE appointments w/doctors about my injury- Dr. Packard was soooo much more thorough and paid attention to details i never saw in my mri- and i felt TRULY heard my concerns and talked to me like a grown-up, n didnt blow me off. He was very sincere n open to hearing my concerns. I feel so much more comfortable about the surgery ahead.
