I was a patient of Dr. Coons from 2022 through 2024, and I was seeing him for prostate cancer. He repeatedly assured me that my cancer was not a cause for worry and I did not need to start treatment. I was not confident in his assessments, so I left him for another provider in early 2025. My new provider has now determined that my cancer has indeed spread and I am in the high risk category.
