I had gone to Dr Chong between Feb and Apr of this year, and saw Dr Chong in regards to a cancerous skin lesion that Dr Chong insisted on simply looking at it to diagnose it, without performing a physical biopsy. Subsequent dermatologists couldn't believe that Dr Chong rushed through. His office practice relies on quickly getting patients like myself in and out. He doesn't show up on time. I suffered irreversible skin damage due to Dr Chong's misdiagnosis of melanoma.

I saw Dr. Chong today for DLE, a skin disease he specializes in. Nobody else I’ve seen seems to know a lot about it. I had less than 10 minutes wait time, check in was very easy and I was seen almost immediately. He was very knowledgeable, professional and direct. I felt very cared for and he listened to my questions. He educated me on all of my options and made sure I fully understood each medication choice and the pros and cons. I am deeply, deeply frustrated by my experience with Dr. Chong of UTSW in Dallas. I went in for a consultation regarding my skin concerns, and I was immediately rushed through the appointment.
