Benjamin Chimney and Vent Cleaning made a quick response to our request for a chimney cleaning. On time and provided informative prevention tips for our future chimney care. I'll be calling them mid season for a cleaning again.

This was an incredible experience for me. From the time I contacted for an inspection until the chimney was cleaned, they were very attentive and gave wonderful customer service. I worked with a few different techs, but James was the one with whom I spent the most time, and he was wonderful - accommodating and detailed in his explanations. They are well-mannered and, to be honest, provide fantastic customer service. In general, I was delighted with my experience. Give them a try!

This was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Wayne was meticulous and meticulous in his chimney cleaning work. Throughout his time at our residence, he showed us developments and kept us informed. Highly recommend this company and we would use them again.

David and his helper did a fantastic job! He showed me photographs of the various components of the chimney. He told me exactly what he was planning. Very professional, wore a mask, kept my place clean, and was a kind individual. I'll tell everyone about Benjamin Chimney and Vent Cleaning and I'll use them again!

Tech answered our questions, explained things clearly and laid out our options. The three men who worked on our chimney were awesome too: professional, quiet, and careful. They left the basement cleaner than it was when they arrived. A definite five star experience.
