What a horrible experience. First he’s running an hour behind. Fine, it happens. Then he basically called us stupid when we relayed medical options we were told by a sports medicine doctor that apparently was incorrect. My First appointment Dr Chen was maybe an hour behind, I was not upset in the slightest. I felt bad, because he entered my room thi... read more
Knows his stuff and is still compassionate while getting right to the point. Expect a long wait on appointment days though-clinic is frequently running behind.
Unprofessional, doesn’t listen. Contradicted himself throughout the appointment. I waited months to see a mediocre, uncaring doctor. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences at Good Samaritan Hospital, save your time and money and find a professional in Seattle.
