My brother is a patient of Dr. Chang for 30 years. Although he likes the Doctor, he did not like the way he was treated by the office manager, Emily. My bother is nearly blind and can barely see. I called in and asked to be seen by a doctor because I have an eye emergency. My eye has an object in it and I don't know what it is and I don't know how to take it out. I can't see out of my right eye. My right eye is producing tears nonstop. I am in a lot of pain. What does the receptionist say? "Oh that doesnt sound like an emergency, you will have to call back Monday." And she hung up. Ok lady. I hope others will read this and avoid calling your office altogether. I am very picky with who I let poke around with my eyes (no pun intended). Dr. Chang is simply the best there is as I get older and my eyes aren’t quite what they used to be.
