I scheduled an appointment this week but something came up I won't be able to make it. I called 5 times on different days at different time. I always reached a voice message. Even today, when the office called me to remind me for this appointment, it's an automatic message and cannot reply. Sorry, doctor! I can't make it this Wednesday! I tried to let you know...
Dr. Tam, Benjamin is kind, professional and has great experience in knees surgery, he was very patient, encouraged me a lot before, during and after The surgery, I appreciate him dearly.
I went to see Dr Tam as I have arthritis & I’ve been living in horrible pain for years now. When he came into the room, he didn’t even close the door & all of the other rooms w/patients also had their doors open. I’m pretty sure everyone listened to everything he said to me. So much for patient privacy. He didn’t even examine me but just looked at the X-rays & said what he saw didn’t account for my mobility issues & the pain I say I have & told me I needed to lose weight. Very unprofessional!
This Doctor is very caring and a excellent surgeon. I just had hand surgery today and I was so happy after my surgery.....I would recommend him as a great surgeon....My experience at the surgery center was very smooth...
Dr. Tam is always positive and has a sunny disposition. I enjoyed all the office visits after my surgeries. He is also kind and cordial. I highly recommend him to my family and friends.
