Had hip replacement surgery and sent home that day. Not even a phone call the next day to see how I was doing. That’s wrong. I even called the surgeon’s office to ask about the wound vac attached to my body and I left a message and no one ever returned my call. Disappointed that the St. V’s I knew, and even worked for in the past, relies so heavily on digital communication and information that they forgot about the importance of human interaction. I do like Dr. Boothby and felt comfortable in his hands.
Dr Boothby was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions taking my wishes in to consideration. He presented all options with no pressure.
