My mom passed away on April 1st. She had an annuity account with Ben. I've called him 4 times since April 11th and have yet to hear back. Conveniently enough, he's has plenty of time to make LinkedIn posts, but not return clients calls. Phone goes straight to voicemail, no matter the hour or day. That in itself is horrible. I've worked in the financial industry for several years and have never seen or experienced this level of poor customer service and support. Do better.
