Dr. Bakall was great! Waiting time in that office was long but i would say worth it. He was thorough, took the time to listen to my concerns and never made me feel rushed. He was clearly very knowledgeable and competent. Unlike other providers I've came across, I did not feel like just another number or that he was simply moving through appointments as quickly as possible. I truly appreciated the attention, thoroughness and professionalism he showed during my visit.

I am and blind in one eye because of a rash treatment choice made by Dr. Bakall. He never spoke with or contacted me after my eye was severely infected by him even though I was seen at his location for the next several weeks. His diagnosis was contradicted by other doctors both before and after his injurious treatment . His version of the diagnosis and treatment in my medical record does not reflect the reality that I went through.
