I am and blind in one eye because of a rash treatment choice made by Dr. Bakall. He never spoke with or contacted me after my eye was severely infected by him even though I was seen at his location for the next several weeks. His diagnosis was contradicted by other doctors both before and after his injurious treatment . His version of the diagnosis and treatment in my medical record does not reflect the reality that I went through. Dr. Bakall is the third retinal specialist we have seen. We love him and his office staff. Dr. Bakall is very knowlegable, yet still compassionate. He makes sure our questions are answered completely. The office staff are friendly and professional.
