Dr. Elder is a good doctor with his corky self, but my goodness, the wait time is mind-blowing! I feel like when you’re dealing with kids, appointment times need to be set appropriately. There’s no way an appointment is scheduled for 2 PM, but the child isn’t seen until 4 PM. Kids in general are impatient, so if that wait time is too much for me as an adult, imagine how it feels to a child. Dr. Elder is a great pediatrician.
We always feel genuinely cared-for by Dr. Elder and everyone in his office. We are grateful for his genuine care and expertise.
My child recently visited Dr. Elder’s office. Not only did he not listen to my wife and he caused my child to have a traumatic experience. With no apology either.
Do not use this pediatrician! If I could leave a zero rating I would! Save yourself the frustration !!! Dr. Elder should retire at this point in his career!
