During my numerous office visits, the reception and nursing staff were all attentive in their numerous duties. Dr. Bert, once my examination began, explained all of my options, very clearly. During my two surgical procedures, the nurses were attentive to all my needs; offering suggestions on how to deal with the after effects of the anesthesia. Dr. Bert, on each of my postop visits, continued his thorough exams and explanations.
He took time to make me feel at ease regarding my eye surgery. I feel so fortunate to have found such an amazing doctor. Very personable.
