I do not recommend this doctor, he does not listen to his patients needs or concerns. My husband was allergic to the medicine he prescribed him and the doctor would not change it. I don't want anyone else to suffer like my husband has suffered with his pain. My husband will tell him all the issues he's having with pain/ medication and instead of writing that on his file they would write that he had no issues with anything which is false documentation.
Avoid him at all costs. Dr. Ashworth pushed a surgery I couldn’t have for other underlying medical reasons and, quite frankly, didn’t want. He refused to listen to me when I raised concerns, to a point where he lied and tried to destroy my credibility with other providers at Shannon. He put false info in his notes, saying he offered me treatments that he never even mentioned, while telling me I was out of options and my only hope was a spinal cord stimulator implant (that I would find out later could actually be counter prod... read more
