The staff and Dr. Allen are very nice but the delays of care and lack of communication are very frustrating. It will be a 3 month gap between my sets of invisalign trays and I kept calling to get an update and get promised a call back "in the next few days" which never happens. I know there is a demand on Invisalign right now but I'm 2 years into treatment and it still feels like there is a long road ahead because of delays.
I am currently in Invisalign treatment. Such an amazing Doctor and team. During the closer I was able to still continue my treatment and they were quick to send out more trays.
Dr. Allen and his staff are always professional, friendly and helpful. My questions were always answered, my concerns addressed and the results of my treatment exceeded my expectations
Dr. Allen is one of the most considerate and helping doctors I've worked with. He goes above and beyond to accommodate his patients and to see that their needs are met. He is known to a generous and detailed focus doctor on treatments for braces and invisalign. Highly recommended!
Very educated staff!! Dr. Allen is great!! Very accommodating front desk staff!
