bad food This was the first restaurant with food and service so bad he (we) actually walked out. The chips and salsa (usually indicative of what's to come) were the first thing on the table. The salsa had no flavor or "kick" (spice); it literally tasted like tomato soup. The waiter dropped these off at our tsble and didn't return for 15 minutes. Fabulous!! I'm from San Antonio but have lived here in Fort Worth for 30+ years - in my opinion, it's the best for Enchiladas, Chiles Rellenos, the appetizer Raja con Crema, Guacamole or any breakfast item. Don't order Fajitas or Caldo - stick with the basics. You have to pay for chips and salsa, which just fill you up anyway. Their pico de gallo that they serve and the tortillas are better than any chips anyway.
Very Good This is one of the few authentic tasting Mexican restaurants in the DFW area. The ceviche is awesome, and the food is 'fresh', not overdone w/ a lot of fat or grease. Definitely worth a try - price is great, too!
Mexican Food Awesome Mexican Food!! Very at home feel. My husband and I go usually once a week with several of our friends. Great drinks and great food. The Queso Flameado is amazing!
