Tony, the owner, is a guy teaching his sons the business. They are respectful and hard working. He has a person for everything so you don’t have to worry about subcontracting any part of the job. He’s upfront and fair about pricing and he goes above and beyond. He asks questions before proceeding if he’s conflicted and has offered me several good suggestions along the way. I highly recommend him. Attached are a few pics of the pool house he built from the ground up. We love it!
Benitez Renovations in my opinion is by far the best renovation company in Austin area. I'm probably going to have him build a detached tiny home in my backyard next.
Tony and his crew is a CLEAR cut above OUTSTANDING!!! Clear and concise communication from start to finish. Understands the customer's vision and executes with precision. If you want the job done right and have your dreams come true, look no further!!! Can’t brag enough or praise these folks enough for such an amazing job on a complete remodel of our home.
