BUYER BEWARE! Santos did work on my roof before I moved into my house. He extended the warranty on that work to me as the new homeowner before I purchased the home. We have had leaks from where his work was done the entire time we've lived in the home. It's been a struggle to get him to come out and when he does, he dismisses the problem and simply recaulks some of the seams, which does not solve our problem. I've now contacted him almost every other week for over two months and he's not returning phone calls or text message... read more

I contracted with Santos Benitez to fix a leak in my roof around the chimney. He said that it would be better if I replaced half of the roof. I paid him $3300.00 for this. The leak has never been fixed. He comes and looks at it and says it is the bricks leaking, or it is not leaking. He has attempted a repair but it has not stopped the leak. I have had the chimney waterproofed twice. Santos will not take responsibility for fixing this. It has been ongoing for almost 5 years. I do not recommend this contractor for roofing.
