The Service Manager, Ramona, and her professional team do an excellent job in keeping my Bronco Sport in good health. They are attentive to my vehicle's needs and treat me like a friend.
Kenny is a great salesman who doesn’t treat you like he’s just there to sell you a vehicle. He’s honest and supportive in your decision. This is our sixth vehicle we have purchased from Bening, and will likely continue all future purchases through them. They’re prompt, and get paperwork processed immediately.
The service department here is consistently unreliable and inefficient. Inventory is also very limited. If you’re looking to have your Ford serviced, it might be worth the drive to Ford Groves in Cape. I would not recommend coming here, as the repeated inconvenience is never worth it. Every single time I’ve brought my Escape in, there have been mistakes.
