I have been renting from Beninati for some time. If I call in need of anything fixed he helps as soon as possible. I've never had a problem with my rent price or paying. He replaced my toilet and wax ring within hours of my complaint. The people I have met through the problems have been professional. To this day I recommend his company to my friends and family.
