Cut the Shoshu with hot water
This was not a good experience. Cook was tired and food was not as good as usual. NOT good for the spend
Sashimi and a chicken / beef combo hibachi - Chardonnay.
Sushi is okay. Salad dressing isn't good. No egg sauce for scallops. Fujiyama and other steak houses are better. Mediocre.
Love the Gotham Roll! It's a perfect collection of flavors and textures.
