We dined here tonight and it was honestly one of the worst restaurant experiences we’ve had. We had a reservation for 7:00 PM, arrived early at 6:50 PM, and still didn’t get seated until 7:30 PM. After ordering, our food didn’t arrive until 8:41 PM. The long wait might have been forgivable if the food was good, but unfortunately it tasted terrible and was incredibly overpriced. WORST HIBACHI EVER! Super expensive and disappointing. A saporro beer is 17! The food lacked flavor, it was cold, and the portion was small. Very disappointing. The waiter provided good service. But the food came out in the wrong order. The hostess forgot about us, that should have been our sign to leave.
This place used to be good-I don’t know how you fall off that hard. I can only assume poor management. It was my wife’s birthday (this was one of the first dates we went on when we first met, and we had great memories here). My wife went to the bathroom and I let the manager know “hey it’s my wife’s birthday, she’s super excited, please let me know what we can do to make this special”. I had an amazing experience and just had to leave a review. The servers were incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Adrian was just as impressive and committed to making sure we had a great experience.
