I can't stand this location. The staff is rude and ...yea rude. The valet are usually pretty nonchalant. I don't even understand how it gets to keep the name "Benihana" above the door. The worst Benihana I've ever been to and I've been to at least 7 in different places. Go to the one downtown if you're in the mood for some extra garlic butter and yum yum sauce.
The food was excellent! Would highly recommend.
This is not the first, but the second time i have had the same problem at this location. Every-time we have a social even, my friends and I tend to choose Hibachi style food. We had a large party and made reservation over a week in advance. Still had to wait over 2 hours to be seated and then we were all not even seated together. We were seated at the table for about 15 minutes before the waitress even came over to introduce herself and as us if we wanted anything to drink.
