This franchise has really deteriorated. Facilities are worn. Tables were dirty and sticky. Food prep was inconsistent.

This place is so chaotic and understaffed. It is very frustrating.
They must have a new manager. Much cleaner, service much better and chefs that are actually entertaining
I wish this place was getting better but everytime we go it's a little bit dirtier with fruit flies behind the bar and the smell of a dirty grease trap in the restaurant.
This Japanese Restaurant mixes cooking with excitement and fun! The food tastes amazing and the cooks are experts at what they create before you! Benihana is now my #1 fav restaurant.
Always always always get the fried rice!
A bit disappointed. I've been to other locations that have had better service. The chef Juan was boring and most of the food was burned, if not poorly made. I was embarrassed to bring my friends here!
There's nothing happy about happy hour. Bad service, awkward atmosphere, and they "run out" of happy hour specials...
