If I could give 0 stars, I would do that. Benicomp is the WORST insurance company I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. They cover almost nothing and will not take your doctor’s opinion into consideration when deciding to cover procedures. They take entirely too long to respond to coverage requests or customer service questions, but don’t mind taking your money in the meantime. It’s almost like they’re working against you and not FOR you. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!
