Just watched local NBC news about the mistake that city cemetery made. John Wilson had a plot purchased in the 1950s, but the city told him that someone else was already buried in his plot. The city offered a refund of $15. The city clarified their mistake ONLY after he complained to consumer protection on NBC. But the city didn't offer a formal apology. That's a shame, Benicia.
