Holding a 1 star review until I am able to contact the office. I was referred to this office but spent 2 days trying to call and no one ever answers the phone.
Best PT staff and physical therapy ever! Shivani and Whitney are absolutely amazing and always make you feel like you are their only patient. I've gone to Benicia Bay for 2 rotator cuff surgeries and back/hip pain and will continue in the future if anymore PT is necessary.
So friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated going in every week during the pandemic to see smiling faces and positive attitudes. Jade, Whitney, Jen, Robin were all awesome!
