Such a friendly and professional office. The dentist is wonderful with great staff. Thank you to everyone.
Dr. Lim and her staff are the perfect mix of skilled professionals and kind people. Lucky me never had braces, my teeth are straight. But I am a "Queen" with 11 crowns. Yup, I have "soft teeth" and so imagine how excited I was at my last visit to not have to sit with the goopy molds to get the correct shape crown. Instead they used a 3D imaging tool about the size of a toothbrush!
Loved my visit at Benicia Bay Dental. Dr. Lim was very helpful easing me into my visit (I get anxiety). Dr. Lim and her team did an excellent job at getting me comfortable really quick. It was easy to trust the process with them. I do want to point out that Dr. Lim's hygienist Rachel did an amazing job on my cleaning. She helped me regain my confidence in my smile again. Prior to the visit I hated to smile because I wasn’t comfortable showing my teeth. Thanks Rachel!!
Friendly staff who are also informative and helpful.
Love this clinic and so glad I happened to find it. Dr. Lim is super great— professional and knows her stuff. I feel so well taken care of here. The rest of the staff is amazing too. I refer them to everyone!
