Worst medical facility I’ve ever been to. I gave a specimen in a Dixie cup with no identification whatsoever. Doctor was rude and unprofessional. I was there for over an hour and I was one of two patients in the building- not the waiting room, the BUILDING. Complete waste of time.
Terrible phone service. You can never get anyone to answer the phones, and now their voicemail is full!! What doctors office has a full voicemail!!!!
Been waiting 45 mins after my appt. time and there is one other person here. They shouldn't overbook Appts and have folks waiting.
Rude front desk. They never answer the phone and don't call back when you leave a message. Nurses and doctors were pretty good once you finally saw them. Not worth it for us. We moved our family to Kidzcare and have been much happier!
Helloooooo do you not hear the phones ringing over there? Or do you and just hang up on the person calling? Seriously I have called 6 damn times and got nothing but a machine saying "goodbye"
