very dissapointed in response and twisted legal lanuage in there contracts..Read very careful .They do not give much time to do due delengence when checking on title searches ,tax leins ect. Do not buy any property from this group without your attorney checking on status of the real estate. Have talk to other real estate groups and have listen to many complaints about how hard it is to deal with Benhan Group. Dont bother with these people. Contact a reputable realtor instead . I have called and called and left messages regarding a property they represent as being their listing online. My friend has caledl and also left messages as the phone is never answered. NO one calls back and now the property several weeks after trying to contact them says "Sale Pending."
