First trip to the farm this year and I have to say the experience was awesome, but the tree is terrible. I put it in water as soon as I got home and everyday I come home it looks more and more like a stick tree. My kids are very unhappy and I feel like I was ripped off. $70 for a tree and I can't get a call back. I emailed the pictures like they asked and I haven't heard anything. Guess I'll go buy another tree. I'm going to talk about this when I go on the radio tonight.
Our tree died in 2 weeks. We called, emailed and posted on this page. No response. We understand mistakes happen. But this is down right inappropriate. We cannot help but feel ripped off.
Every year we cut down our Xmas tree. This iis the second year we have gone to bengston tree farm an it as a disappointing this year we settle on a tree because we couldn't find one that looked good. Now I am putting up a fake tree to ensure we have a tree by Xmas. Alot of the needles have fallen off
Had a great time wit the family..got there late and wasnt rushed watsoever..cut down your own tree and they take care of the rest. will definitely come again.
Nothing beats cutting down your own Christmas Tree! Third year in a row coming here.
