The young girl that took my order was very hard to communicate with and or explain about the milk teas, I ordered 3 taro milk teas and had to dump them , lack of COSTUMER SERVICE! At least smile when a costumer comes in
The worst boba I have ever tasted across 4 continents. Do not switch on the AC even in one of the hottest days. Have a terrible stench from the kitchen of the hotspot place next doors. Avoid at all costs.

Watered Down Milk Tea AND Unsanitary Practices I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at Bengong’s Tea in Gaithersburg. I ordered the Osmanthus Green Tea with fermented rice that comes with crystal jelly, but they forgot the crystal jelly in my first drink. When I brought it up, they offered to take the same drink back and add the missing topping. I declined because of hygiene concerns and politely asked for a new one to be made.
