Not so fair!
We have used Bengal Automotive for years. Both for our 2005 Mercedes Benz C320 and our 1986 Nissan 300ZX. They are extremely professional. The services that are needed are clearly articulated as well as the cost of service. The work has always corrected whatever problem had occurred and we have never had to take a car back because something was done incorrectly. We use them for all our service on these cars from oil changes to engine repairs. Highly recommended.

OK, so the location is a bit out-of-the-way, and doesn't have polished amenities. But more importantly for a car repair outfit, Josh is friendly, eager to help and explain anything that's needed, anything that's being done. He'll go over a roster of possible repairs and costs and the time they'll take, and if anything unforeseen crops up (the arrival of the wrong part, say), he's quick to inform you.
