05/09/2024 Benfatti AC installed a complete new system in my home yesterday. They are professional, polite, respectful of property, and efficient. From start of this process to finish, everything is explained and discussed in detail. I highly recommend them and am so happy they were our choice for this job.
I would definitely not recommend this company. They came promptly to look at my air conditioning which had stopped cooling. It took at least 10 days to get my invoice for charges. The charges seemed excessive for what was done ( according to a friend who worked on air -conditioners most of his career.) I contacted the company twice asking for a breakdown of parts and labor. Our A/C condenser fan blade broke (one blade), and I called Benfatti. They were nice and pleasant to deal with. Their price, however, seemed steep. Quote to replace fan blade was $450, not including the $94 service charge. Part of the service charge would be deducted if I had them repair it, leaving me paying $25 diagnostics charge, for a total of $475. I went to Johnstone Supply and bought the fan blade for $40 and did it myself.
