They never answer their phone when they send a prescription to the pharmacy there's always something missing or wrong they give you an appointment but never call and if they do call it's much later and if you call them you have to wait on hold for at least 30 minutes if they even answer... Every time they do answer the phone they will say please hold we have two colors ahead of you one time I was at that office and I called they said the same thing but nobody was on the phone they were just sitting there joking and laughing ... read more
Absolutely the worst. Do not go ever. They don’t know how to answer a phone or provide any customer service.
They are the worst. They never answer the phone. I always struggle to schedule appt. horrible service.
