I've been living at Beneva Place Apartments for 15 years now and it just keeps getting better and better. The office staff and maintenance crew are all outstanding. Everyone has earned and deserves a big "thank you". Laurie's leadership shines as competent, professional, patient and always kind. I highly recommend Beneva Place Apartments!
Best place ever! We moved in 2yrs ago, I can't say enough good things about this place. Office: Laurie is awesome, makes you feel like she is there to make you feel heard and taken care of. She does an awesome job of keeping on eye on things to make sure this little neighborhood stays safe and clean. Maintenance: best maintenance Ive ever experienced at an apartment complex!
