Great apartment complex for my family and I! Laurie the property manager has this place running smoothly! Maintenance is on point getting work orders completed same day! Recommend this place for anyone looking in the Sarasota area!
Beneva place apartments are amazing ! I have so many good things to say starting off with Kendal & Laurie. They made it such an easy & smooth process, this was my first time moving to a new place. They assisted me with everything, explained everything to a T, and will answer any questions & concerns. The complex is beautiful, surrounded by nature and the location of the complex is very convenient. Ground looks amazing , staff was even more amazing especially kendal!
Although I don’t live at Beneva Place, I have two friends who do so I’m here quite often and it’s beautiful and so well kept. They’re always bringing up how nice and helpful Kendal in the leasing office is as well
I don’t live here, but my visit was a great experience. Kendal is friendly, professional, and very helpful. The property is clean, well kept, and welcoming!
