I have never written a poor review before, but my experience with Beneva Gardens was so terrible I felt like I needed to. When you give them the notice to leave, they keep your deposit and tell you they will mail it to you and when you get the check it comes with $100, $200, whatever they want to take from your deposit, telling you that it is for cleaning & painting.
