Front desk literally acts like you’re a burden to them when customers pay their damn salaries. Rude and careless people. Doctor reschedules all the time and I end up seeing other people and they don’t fill my script properly so I have to come back and pay for another visit mind you because my doctor suddenly isn’t available. Why even schedule an appointment then. Worst location for medical care in Sarasota. If you want to be treated like a burden this is the place to go.
THE PHONE SYSTEM SUCKS!! THERE IS NO WAY YOU SHOULD HAVE TO WAIT 5-12 MINUTES FOR A PERSON TO ANSWER!! WITH THE AMOUNT OF OFFICE THEY HAVE YOU WOULD THINK WITH REVENUE THEY BRING IT A EMPLOYEE WOULD PICK UP ON THE 2ND RING!!!!!!!!!!! IT'S HORRIBLE AND I WORK FOR A MEDICAL PROVIDER!!!! DO BETTER DR STEELE. LOVE:)
This place is impossible to get through to when calling to make an appointment. They're rude when you finally get through. My doctor was ok some of the time, but I probably should have left long ago like I wanted to. The last time I saw her, she was very late and charged me for two appointments without warning and rolled her eyes and rudely dismissed me when I asked her opinion about a diagnosis. Dr. Jeff Lyons is the best. He has an awesome bed-side manner, personality, and sense of humor. He is very easy to talk to and will always return a call or text. If you are looking for a great primary-care physician look no further! 5+ stars!
