PLEASE BELIEVE ALL THE REVIEWS! I am truly flabbergasted. I just got off the phone with Dr. Ruben and I am shocked with how I was spoken to by what is supposed to be a “professional”. I am unsure how he is allowed to call patients let alone be an actual doctor. I wish I could post the phone recording with this review. Honestly I’ve been to a few different places and this place has THE BEST staff I’ve ever encountered like genuine kindness and hospitality here
Its very convenient that my doctor, bloodwork, and several specialists are all on the same property. Patient portal is so easy to get questions answered & appointments booked. Dr. Austin is a great doctor and quick to follow up whenever questions come up between appointments.
