Stay away this company is the worst – The worst company to outsource benefits reimbursement. I literally had to call them 30 times and write several email providing them application, transcripts, receipts, and more without resolution. Finally, they wanted me to doctor up documents that did not exists so I could not get my tuition reimbursed. Customer service is horrible, dumb people processing on the backend, and broken processes all the way around
Customer Service STINKS! – I have never worked with a company that changes it mind as often as the wind blowing. If my company didn't have a contract with them I would not use them! I would NEVER recommend them to anyone, not even my worst enemy!
