Tried to start payments through my benisys card
The absolute WORST company I've ever worked for! It's been 4 years plus, since I worked for BeneSys and still think about the HORRIBLE management and micromanaging that the staff had to endure. They cared more about the number of calls that we took instead of the number of members that actually had questions and issues resolved regarding their benefits.
Terrible business. I have caught multiple employees in lies trying to keep me from using my own money. Beware of them and don’t let them fool you, they do not know how to do their jobs
