I have had massage, cranio sacral and facial treatments and have taken fitness classes at Benessere. If you're looking for a relaxing environment with personal attention, this is the place!
Benessere is my sanctuary away from my busy life. I felt pampered and comfortable from the moment I walked in. They recently added a seaweed facial in the new year and what a soothing and cleansing way to feel five years younger. Marilyn is absolutely amazing! I finished my day with a Swedish massage and felt like I was floating on cloud 9. I think I even fell asleep. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.
Jenny's yoga classes just make my week!Can't wait to use the spa and acupuncture there as well, it's a beautiful place with friendly staff.
