Benedicta showed up on time, was very accommodating and patient. She did a great job with detangling my hair and doing my cornrows. She was a pleasure to work with.
I called to inquire about services and pricing, but my experience with the business owner was extremely unprofessional. When she asked if the service was for my daughter, I clarified that it was for me (a man) and requested a regular two-strand twist. Instead of providing any information, she abruptly dismissed the call with a rude “Bye, sir,” claiming she was busy—without offering to call back or assist in any way.
