DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I repeat, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. In my experience, it has been a complete waste of money. They do not provide refunds or credits, and the “live leads” I received were extremely poor quality. The service was great when they were trying to get me signed up, but after that, the customer service was HORRIBLE. Once they had my business, the level of support completely changed. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone looking for quality leads or dependable customer service
I have yet to recieve a lead that will actually talk to me on the phone. $1000 down the drain sadly, every single lead opts out as soon as we try to text or call. Life or Health, individual or group, doesnt matter. All the leads have been extremely poor quality and we continue to send them back in with no credit.
UPDATE: **UPDATE: Buyer Beware.** My experience with this company continues to get worse. June 19th - After reviewing my account, they emailed me stating that their Billing Team had approved a **final refund of $317.38** and that it **would be issued** to my original payment method. Weeks later, today in the **same email thread**, they changed their story and claimed they never guaranteed any specific refund amount, reducing it to **$150.00**. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after nearly 19 years in the insurance industry, this has been one of the worst experiences I've had with a lead vendor. When I opened my account, we agreed to a specific pricing structure for my leads. Without my knowledge or authorization, the company changed that pricing and began charging my account under different terms. I only discovered the change after reviewing my charges. Do not recommend working with them. They will absolutely take your money and rip you off. They have a “refund policy” that they dont charge for fake leads but i still was charged when i contested it. The sales rep will also try to bind you to terms and talk fast on a recorded line so be careful of this. Dont waste your money with them like I did they clearly do this a lot. They also will auto charge your card without proper permission so be careful.
