We’ve been living at one of their buildings for 3 years and have hardly ever been able to get in contact with anyone. It is extremely unprofessional and they are unreliable. Now we want to break our lease and leave and we can’t even get in contact with anyone to do that.
Building 2851 Webb avenue not safe. Landlord doesn’t care about tenants safety in the 3rd floor there is a tenant with domestic dispute all the time father and son always fighting. These ongoing issues have caused significant distress and inconvenience to the residents in the building. In fact, there have been numerous complaints filed with the 311 hotline regarding this matter. I encourage you to verify this information by checking the 311 complaint records yourself. We have called numerous times to 911.
