I have lived at “The Cloister Townhome Community” in Clawson, Michigan for nearly 10 years. I received a call from Kathy, at the home office to say I was going to be the recipient of a brand new air conditioning unit. That was music to my ears. I lived here with my wife. The neighbors kid always smoked weed regardless of it being against the rules I witnessed it multiple times and never bothered to file a complaint then all of the sudden I received a warning stating not to smoke weed. My job doesn't allow me to do drugs. I was eventually evicted over the neighbors complaints. The same neighbors got into an altercation and smashed into my door and the company filed the damages on my credit report regardless of me submitting a police report of the situation. We had to live near Birmingham for about 15 months, and we rented a townhouse at the Cloisters in Clawson, managed by the Beneicke Group. I will actually miss living there because it was comfortable and very quiet, even though it is just a block from 14 Mile Rd. The maintenance team is prompt and friendly, as is the office staff. The townhouse itself was solidly constructed and maintained well. It was impeccably clean when I moved in. I have lived at The Cloister Townhouses for 8 years now and very happy. Each home has a cute courtyard which you may add any perennial plants or flowers if you choose. Make the courtyard your own. Love it in the warm months! Nice size basement as well. They have a wonderful management team who quickly and efficiently fix any issue in my home, which have been few! I would highly recommend these townhouses.
